I’m a professional coach, facilitator, and former HR professional who has been sparking the best in others for over 25 years. I help women leaders find clarity and courage so they can accomplish their biggest goals. I’m certified by the International Coach Federation at the PCC level, and I’m a Certified Mentor Coach.
With years of experience in large companies, as a business owner, and as a mom of three juggling career and family, my approach is whole-hearted as well as strategic and practical. I won’t tell you what to do, but I’ll expertly create space for your exploration and offer frameworks to find new perspectives. I’ll be your thought partner, your ally, and your biggest champion, cheering you on at each step of your journey.
In addition to the Annie Ricci Coaching team, I’m the resident coach on Tara Mohr’s Playing Big team, and people who work with me learn the powerful tools to play bigger according to what that means for them. Through years of coaching women who want to step into something bigger, I’ve seen time and again that going for our dreams becomes possible when we learn to quiet self-doubt and consistently listen to our deeper wisdom. When we learn the tools to move beyond the mental chatter, and to take action from what’s true to us, we find more ease, a sense of purpose, and an immense ability to problem solve.
