If you or your associates have never had the leadership coaching experience, you might be wondering what to expect.
At Annie Ricci, we understand that every woman and untapped associate has their own set of obstacles to contend with, as well as their own unique strengths and goals.
That’s why we personalize our coaching sessions to every individual. See what their leadership and development coaching journey will look like below.
Each associate has 9 x 45-minute sessions with their dedicated coach, with a break every third week to pause, reflect, and integrate their learnings. The program typically runs as follows:
In your first coaching session, we tap into your strengths, identify your key challenges, and help you set personal and professional goals. You’ll leave this session with concepts, tools, and resources to help you work towards your goals before we meet again
Coming to the last 3 sessions in the coaching program, your coach will help you to refine, reinforce, practice, and solidify new ways of doing and thinking that you’ve learned over the past few weeks. At this point, we’ll help you overcome any final hurdles you’re still experiencing
In the following coaching sessions, we deep dive into issues holding you back and arm you with the support, insights, and tools to help you actualize the changes you seek. Your coach will become your thought partner, helping you find clarity and move forward confidently
Now, it’s time to reflect! You’ve changed for the better after putting your new skills, mindset, and tools into action. In your last session, your dedicated coach will assess your progress towards goals, outline a strategy for the future, identify your wins, celebrate success
