That’s why we personalize our coaching sessions to every individual. See what their leadership and development coaching journey will look like below.
Each associate has a 30-minute intro session and 6 x 45-minute sessions with their dedicated coach, with a break every third week to pause, reflect, and integrate their learnings. The program typically runs as follows:
In your Intro Session, we get to know you, understand your goals, and answer all your questions.
We tap into your strengths, identify your key challenges, and help you set personal and professional goals. You’ll leave each session with concepts, tools, and resources to help you work towards your goals. We also dive into issues holding you back and arm you with the support and insights to help you actualize the changes you seek. Your coach will become your thought partner, helping you find clarity and move forward confidently
Now, it’s time to reflect! You’ve changed! You are putting your new skills, mindset, and tools into action. In your last session, your dedicated coach will assess your progress towards goals, outline a strategy for the future, identify your wins, celebrate success
