Annie Ricci

Founder

I began coaching clients in 2011 and founded Annie Ricci Coaching, LLC (Formerly Growing Edges Coaching) at that time. I live in Northwest Montana with my husband and 10 year-old son.

Having lived the first 14 years of my life in a small farming community in Iowa, I moved to Montana, and then to Washington, and then to Alaska (then back to Washington) and then to Western Massachusetts. Then I moved back to Washington and am now back in Montana. Whew! That’s a lot of moving (for some).

Each of those moves was precipitated by Big Change:

  • My parents’ divorce and job changes
  • The start of college (and dropping out of college)
  • The end of a couple of long term relationships
  • Getting laid off from a GE company due to HQ relocating
  • Starting college again (and then going to graduate school, too)
  • Starting my own business(es)
  • Getting married and having a baby
Getting from where I was to where I am has been a journey of discovery… …a discovery of my passions, my superpowers, and my kryptonite. I was uncertain, scared, and lacked the confidence that I had what it took to get where I wanted to go. Sometimes I didn’t know where that was. Along the way, I discovered my inner strengths, my values, and who my anchors were. Now, I am passionate about helping you transform your life too. I create a safe space for you to explore, free from judgment or expectation. I help you create the life you want and help you step into your authentic self.
