Annie Ricci

Founder

Welcome!

I’m Annie, and I’m a therapist turned Master Certified Coach who is passionate about empowering my fellow human beings to show up as their authentic selves in all aspects of life.

Why? Because when people can’t be themselves, they find it difficult to embrace their role, contribute at meetings, and do their best work. Fear makes them second-guess their every move, so they take a backseat and dim their own light. This isn’t just bad for leaders, executives and front-line employees, it’s bad for business.

Whether you are a business owner looking to get the best from your talent or an individual who wants to break free from self-doubt and step into your power with confidence, I’m here to support you on your journey.

With tailored 1:1 or group coaching, I create a safe space for you to understand feedback from a different lens, uncover your unique strengths, and define how you want to show up in the world – free from self-judgment or self-imposed or unrealistic expectations.

When we show up as our authentic selves, we not only do our best work; we live our best lives! We inspire and motivate others with our unique perspectives and ideas. We create a ripple effect that can change the world, one person at a time.

Just like I’ve helped the 500 executives that have come before you, I am here to help you create the change you wish to see in your work and your life. To help you tap into your full potential, unleash your creativity, and embrace your authenticity. To help you thrive, not just survive. Are you ready? Let’s do this together.

Outside of work, I live in the beautiful mountains of Montana and enjoy making the most of everything this location offers. You can find me reading a good book by the campfire, hiking serene mountain trails, or even skiing!

And when I’m not busy exploring the outdoors, I’m contributing to my other business www.bigforkrentalsinc.com, and conducting stress management workshops for The American Rental Association.
