Here’s What Amy’s Clients Are Saying:

Amy’s coaching has been transformational for me. There is magic in meeting with her regularly to unpack my reflections and talk about what to practice next. She brings structure and partnership to development conversations that is almost impossible to get to with a direct manager or even informal mentors. My psychological safety with Amy allowed me to get to a breakthrough moment recently. Amy’s coaching taught me to see what has not been serving my goals and is helping me practice change. She is the linchpin in steering my development in a better, more actionable direction.

Marketing Manager, Hach

Amy helped me identify my strengths and then use them to work from a place of confidence in my natural abilities. She also helped me create a plan to achieve my short-term and long-term goals.  Amy helped me begin a morning mindfulness practice which has helped me embrace a larger vision for more meaningful work.  Amy is full of compassion, and she has an inspiring approach. At a time when I knew I needed to grow professionally and personally, Amy helped support me with new tools, wisdom, and accountability. I looked forward to our meetings and felt energized knowing that I would discover new insights and strategies.

Tracey, Senior Marketing Copywriter & Editor

Coaching with Amy helped me to prioritize what was important and let go of the rest. I learned to manage my “inner critic” which helped me to reach some lofty career goals such as becoming the managing broker of a real estate office of 12 top producing brokers. And, most importantly, I created strategies for taking better care of myself, so I have more to give my kids.

Kim, Real Estate Managing Broker

Amy’s coaching helped me to creatively approach life’s challenges and to actually put things in motion. She has an innate ability to lead people into a creative space where they can explore, develop, and implement solutions.  Amy is nonjudgmental, patient, insightful, and knowledgeable.  She offers practical coaching skills that get the heart of the matter while helping her clients learn how to develop their already existing set of tools, including the confidence to get started.
